Chicago 2010 Prius shoppers may want to reconsider their purchase after they hear about the 2011 Toyota Sienna. The new minivan will have heads turning and Honda lovers drooling at the sight of this sleek beauty. With five trims available, consumers are sure to find their perfect 2011 Toyota Sienna at the Chicago used Toyota dealership.

Front-wheel drive comes standard will all trims: base, LE, SE, XLE, and Limited. All-wheel drive is available with the LE, XLE, and Limited trims, which also have V6 engines. However, I feel my favorite aspect of the model is the entertainment system. The 2011 Toyota Sienna comes standard with XM Satellite Radio, a USB port, Bluetooth cell phone, and streaming music capability. Consumers who upgrade to the SE will get two additional speakers. Optional features include 10-speaker JBL sound system and a rear DVD entertainment system for consumers who truly enjoy traveling tunes or who need to entertain the kids during long trips. Consumers shopping for a Chicago 2010 Prius will be jealous of Sienna owners once they hear about the entertainment system package.

Toyota has gone against the norm a bit with the new Sienna: for the first time, an optical four-cylinder engine is an option with the 2011 Sienna. The 2.7L engine produces 187 horsepower and 186 pound-feet of torque. Of course, the manufacturers at Toyota have kept the standard engine, which is a 3.5L V6 that produces 266 horsepower and 245 pound-feet of torque. Consumers who appreciate more power will prefer the latter, but both engine options are paired with six-speed automatic transmission. The four-cylinder engine achieves a fuel economy of 19 city/26 highway mpg, and the 3.5L achieves 18 city/24 highway mpg with front-wheel drive, and only loses two mpg with all-wheel drive.

While entertainment software and great performance are great to have in a vehicle, many minivan owners are extremely concerned about safety. Luckily for them, the 2011 Toyota Sienna comes standard with impressive safety equipment such as dual-stage front airbags, side-curtain airbags, front side airbags, active front head restraints, a tire-pressure monitor, antilock brakes with brake assist and electronic brake-force distribution, traction control, and electronic stability control.
